Konexo, developed by Eversheds Sutherland, has launched a legal resourcing application for its global consultant base.
The app, available on mobile for Android and iOS users, will provide consultants with a user-friendly, efficient, platform with access to relevant information and training materials from across Konexo and Eversheds Sutherland. The app will actively help guide consultants in securing live client roles and give them support during a placement.
In addition, consultants will have immediate access to:
> Updates, articles and briefings by the Konexo Legal Resourcing team > Invitations/networking opportunities to open events and webinars hosted by Konexo and Eversheds Sutherland > A suite of information about the wider Konexo services > Guidance on the administrative aspects of working as a legal consultant
The app has been in development since January 2020. It was then tested by a group of Konexo consultants who, during the testing phase, were all required to work remotely during their placements. Features that gained particular praise included access to live client roles, legal briefings and developments on Konexo service offerings.
The app was developed by Konexo’s technology team, incorporating expertise gained from rolling out legal technology platforms for clients, and from the Legal Resourcing team’s expertise in understanding how consultants’ support needs. The second phase of development will include onboarding processes, timesheets and invoicing, instant feedback systems and rollout across all Konexo consultants (including compliance, HR and project management).
