BH2I launched as an Asia Pacific firm of top-tier attorneys with decades of in-house and external counsel experience in complex hospitality, corporate and real estate transactions.

BH2I was formed by practitioners from international law firms including Clyde & Co, DLA Piper and Rajah & Tann and has primary headquarters in Singapore and Bangkok.

BH2I’s team and extended affiliate network provide execution capability in 37 countries and 27 languages.

Ben said in connection with BH2I’s launch: “The legal and consultancy advisory services marketplace in the global hospitality, corporate and real estate sectors has evolved to demand innovative and efficient representation of clients that is ethically superior to an outdated big firm billable hour business model and mentality.

BH2I’s lean hybrid bricks and mortar / virtual firm structure and embracing of cutting edge legal services technology and flexible alternative fee structures are genetically engineered to meet this need, especially during any emerging “new normal” of a post-COVID-19 environment.

BH2I prioritizes clients’ true best interests in all aspects of representation and adding substantial value to the services BH2I provides. We look forward to helping our clients achieve successful outcomes in each corner of the globe in which they operate.”

Hirasawa’s recent experience includes advising on projects throughout the Asia Pacific region, including Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Myanmar, the Maldives and Australia. BH2I’s core expertise is advising real estate, corporate and hospitality clients on foreign direct investment and other international business transactions, including private equity financings, joint ventures, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and the acquisition, development, operation, and disposition of hotels, commercial and residential projects and portfolio transactions.
