International law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP has officially launched under its new name in Hong Kong and Singapore. The Partnerships of both Bryan Cave LLP and Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP overwhelmingly approved the combination on 26 February 2018 and launched under the new name in the US and London on 3rd April 2018.
The firm has now received regulatory approval to operate under this new name in Hong Kong and Singapore. The Hong Kong office operated in Hong Kong in association with Haley Ho and Partners which now comes under the one roof of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.
Partner, Andrew MacGeoch has been appointed Managing Partner of BCLP’s Hong Kong and Singapore offices, in addition to his role as Head of Asia Real Estate and Infrastructure and Global Co-Head of the firm’s Hospitality & Leisure Group. Clients will have access to a wider global platform of over 1,400 lawyers in 32 offices located in 11 countries. In Hong Kong and Singapore, our lawyers will provide clients with experience across Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure, Asset Finance, Litigation & Corporate Risk and Contentious Construction & Engineering, Corporate, and Private Wealth Asset Protection.
